报告1能源效率的建模、优化与控制

报告人:伍洲 博士(重庆大学“百人计划”特聘研究员)

报告人1简介:

伍洲博士,重庆大学“百人计划”特聘研究员,博导。本科毕业于武汉大学,2012年取得香港城市大学博士学位。2012-2015年在南非Pretoria大学从事博士后研究。他的主要研究方向为能源管理,优化算法,模型预测控制等。曾获香港城市大学优秀博士生奖、ENI award 论文提名奖等荣誉。

Dr. Wu is now working at Chongqing University. He received his B.Eng and M.Sc. degrees from Wuhan University in 2007 and 2009, respectively. He obtained his PhD from City University of Hong Kong in 2012. From 2012-1015, he worked as a research fellow at University of Pretoria, South Africa. His research interests include energy management, optimization, and model predictive control.

随着社会的发展,能源消耗越来越大。为了保证能源可持续性,能源效率已成为研究的热点之一。本报告将从政策、管理、系统、设备四个层次,介绍能源效率中的控制方法。举例说明,能源效率的建模、优化与控制的最新研究成果。

报告2National Electricity Market of Singapore(新加坡电力市场简介)

报告人2简介:

黄江帅博士,重庆大学“百人计划”特聘研究员,博导。本科毕业于华中科技大学,获得南洋理工大学工学博士,新加坡国立大学博士后。他的主要研究方向为自适应控制,欠驱动系统控制,电力系统建模优化等。曾获中国控制与决策会议“张嗣瀛”最佳青年论文奖。

Huang Jiangshuai received his B.Eng and M.Sc. degrees in School of Automation from Huazhong University of Science & Technology, Wuhan, China in July 2007 and August 2009, respectively and PhD from Nanyang Technological University in 2015. He is currently with the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore, Singapore as a Research Fellow. His research interests include adaptive control, nonlinear systems control, underactuated mechanical system control and multi-agent system control, neural network and applications to classification and modelling, bionic optimization algorithms, the nonlinear modelling of electricity market etc.

报告2摘要:

The National Electricity Market of Singapore (NEMS) opened for trading, placing Singapore at the forefront of a global movement to liberalize the electricity industry. The local industry has been restructured to facilitate competitive wholesale and retail markets by separating ownership of the contestable parts of the industry from those with natural monopoly characteristics. This report provides a brief introduction to the National Energy Market of Singapore. Singapore’s electricity industry has evolved from a traditionally vertically integrated government-owned natural monopoly to one that is structured to facilitate competition and composed by a wholesale and a retail market. Elementary descriptions of the participants in the market and the operation of energy generation and services of the market, as well as some core contents of the electricity market such as demand, supply and contracts are given. The market operation flow and the role of the generation company in the market are described in details in this report. Specifically, the genco’s bidding strategy and the dispatch schedules are the two most important contents which are introduced in details.
